Having suffered with anxiety myself and taught a lot of people in anxiety management and mental health, I have found that anxiety management isn’t a “1 size fits all”
So how do you tackle anxiety? You need to understand that what works for 1 doesn’t necessarily work for someone else. However, to start you need to understand anxiety and know what your triggers are. Once you do this, you will be able to address it and make a plan on how to deal with it.
Take notes on when you are feeling anxious. This will help you to identify what has triggered your anxiety and you will be able to work from there 💚💙💜💛
The notes should include -
- time and date
- where you are
- who you are with
- what you are doing
- how you are feeling
